We pursue these goals by providing a venue for the play of soccer where we encourage players of all levels to participate and improve their skills through club-sponsored, free, academy sessions, pick-up, and social activities. Additionally, we form teams to compete in local leagues and in local, national, and international tournaments, as well as host multiple tournaments each year: the Indoor Cup, the Rehoboth Beach Classic, and the Turkey Bowl. You can look through all of our playing opportunities under the Play Soccer menu!
FTSC also maintains membership in the International Gay and Lesbian Football Association (IGLFA) and Team DC. Team DC and IGLFA provide us international representation to the delegation of the Federation of Gay Games.

Who We Are
Federal Triangles Soccer Club (FTSC) is Washington, D.C.’s premier LGBTQ+ soccer club. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, registered in the District of Columbia, organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to promote the growth of soccer and foster a sense of community for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual players, spectators, officials, volunteers, supporters, and our friendly allies.
Trans Player Inclusivity
FTSC is committed to inclusive and anti-discrimination practices in relation to all transgender, non-binary, and gender expansive players, and aims to ensure that all players are respected and protected. To that end, FTSC actively works to promote a climate that is welcoming and inclusive of transgender, non-binary, and gender expansive soccer players. Any conduct which fosters a hostile environment for any participant on the basis of gender identity will not be tolerated. In addition, FTSC will continue to increase its knowledge of trans, non-binary, and gender expansive issues through ongoing education for its board representatives and members. The gender identity of any and all FTSC members is considered confidential and private.
Commitment to Community
FTSC believes that a strong commitment to its community is key to its success. We believe that strong ties and relationships in our surrounding communities are established and nurtured through the building of good will, collaboration, and mutual support. FTSC’s leaders are actively pursuing these ends within our communities. Among FTSC’s many events during the year are service activities which give us a chance to give back to our community in a visible way.
FTSC is always looking to expand its community outreach. Please contact MyFTSC@gmail.com if you wish to involve FTSC in your service project.
