Summer of Freedom Fan Night

This coming Tuesday, 8/20, is the Summer of Freedom Presented by Nellie's Sports Bar 2013 Fan Night. This is the time to invite your peeps to come watch you play, amp things up, and get a little wacky. Signs, team chants, costumes, matching accessories, and shenanigans are the order of the day.

The highlight of the evening will be be a drag soccer mini-match, which will happen at 9:30pm after the JRs/Bavarian Limo game. Click here to see video from last year's event and you'll get an idea of what to expect. On this night the league will be hosting a fundraiser for the DC Center for the LGBT Community. You and your peeps are encouraged to participate in one of two ways:

1).  Donate items for the Wanda Alston House for LGBT youth. Click here for a list of items.

2).  Make a suggested donation of $10.

Volunteers are needed to help man the welcome table. Email Craig if you are up for taking a shift.
