Purchasing Policy Adopted

At the September meeting of the FTSC Board, a purchasing policy was formally adopted regarding how the club's money can be spent and purchases that are eligible for reimbursement when they are made outside of the normal budget setting process. Most purchases should only be made after board approval or they should fall under the budget adopted for specific events (Summer of Freedom, Women's Tournament, RBC, etc). If you make purchases on behalf of the club please familiarize yourself with the policy.  If you have any questions you can contact Mike or Alison.
