Food and Friends Volunteer Opportunity

As we do a couple of times a year, we will once again be delivering meals for our friends at Food and Friends.Big thanks to Jonathan for spearheading this effort. Please contact him if you can help out.Please join FTSC in a community volunteer event with Food & Friends. Food & Friends serves individuals living in the Greater DC area living with HIV/AIDS, cancer, or other life-challenging illnesses by preparing and delivering specialized meals and groceries in conjunction with nutrition counseling. The event will be on Saturday, December 6th starting at 9am. We will be delivering meals to individuals living in the District of Columbia, so please let me know if you are able to bring a car and drive, or if you would just like to ride along.
